SSA BOND: Benefits Offset National Demonstration

What is BOND? The Benefit Offset National Demonstration (BOND) is a new demonstration program created to help Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) beneficiaries return to work. Through the use of a benefit offset, we are testing a different way to treat SSDI beneficiaries’ work and earnings. This offset could help beneficiaries earn more and keep more of their benefits than currently possible. Learn more.

Enrollment in BOND has been completed, and applications can no longer be accepted. However, the BOND project will continue to operate for enrolled participants through September 2017.

Note: If you received a letter with a red stripe or a phone call about BOND in 2013 then you have already been enrolled in BOND.
