High Call Volume Alert! If you recently received a letter from SSA about your participation in BOND ending as of September 30, 2017, please note that the BOND Call Center is currently experiencing an extremely high call volume. If you are not currently working and have not worked for the past 5 years, no action is required in response to the letter you received. However, if you have been working, or if you have any other questions about the notice from SSA, please call the BOND Call Center toll-free at 877-726-6309. Due to the high call volume, if you can wait until after August 20, 2017 to call the BOND Call Center, a call center agent will be better able to assist you at that time. If you already called the BOND Call Center and left a message, please do not call back. More
